Seller reviewLou Ann Moore had gave us some advice about 1 year before we actually listed our home while we was planning. Though it was 2-3 decent conversations I knew she would be the one I needed to lead me honest through the sale. She is very professional and great at what she does in the area. If you want professional services you must pay fair and professional prices. Lou Ann made sure we got what our home was worth and played the market and didn't pressure us into taking the first couple offers helping us to be patient and get what it was worth. Thank you soo much Lou Ann. Highly referred and would use her again in a heartbeat.
