Seller reviewOh my gosh, Mike Scheetz was wonderful. He helped me buy the house I was selling. He was always available and answered texts even when I was texting later than I should have. He was always there to help calm me down if I didn't think something was happening fast enough or I was just having anxiety. He helped me locate a different contractor to do repairs on my house when the handyman I had been using was quite high in his pricing. The new contractor was about 1/3 of the cost of my original estimate from my person and they were wonderful people and did a wonderful job. Mike was always checking in to make sure things were going well. I was definitely blessed to be able to work with him again.

Mike took the time to understand our priorities and what aspects of homes we liked and constantly altered our portal to match these priorities. He quickly responded to questions and concerns in a clear manner and would often schedule multiple home tours for us on short notice. When it came time to put offers in, Mike provided guidance on how to make fair offers and negotiations and drafted those documents within a few hours for us to sign. Overall, Mike was excellent to work with. He has a lot of knowledge on the area and is able to communicate that knowledge in understandable terms.
