Seller reviewI had been acquainted with Cyndy for a number of years because we both belonged to the Town Creek Recreation Committee, a neighborhood group primarily concerned with maintaining the community swimming pool. I could not have asked for a better person to advise me about selling houses in general, and to help me deal with the unusual aspects of selling my old house "as is" to a friend. Nothing really to say here. Century 21 did provide a clean, attractive facility for my meetings with Ms. Cartwright. The location was very convenient, and there was plenty of parking space available. In addition to performing all the functions usually associated with a real-estate agent in a timely and pleasant manner, Cyndy definitely "went the extra mile" by voluntarily helping me pack up my household stuff and prepare to vacate the property. The significance of this assistance can only be properly understood by someone familiar with the huge amount of stuff I had accumulated during the past 70+ years, especially the 29+ years in the property being sold in this transaction. It is no exaggeration to say that she worked tirelessly for hours, and I could never have been out of the house on time without her help. Her contribution far exceeded anything that might have been expected.
