I grew up in Real Estate with both my parents owning Real Estate Agencies in the 1970s or a.k.a. The Partridge Family Era. I have owned investment properties and am into restoring old homes. I sell full time and seven days a week! My favorite things are collecting antiques from the 18th and 19th century and restoring my Victorian to it's glory. Which means when I reach the age of 100, I will still be painting all my house colors or at least to my walkers height. I love to work! Call me!

Seller reviewRick Cardinal was exceptional and extraordinary to work with. A couple years ago, I purchased my condo in Nashua with the help from a Century 21 Cardinal realtor. I came back to work with this company due to their values and commitment to get the job done. This was my choice and would be again, even when I had moved halfway across the country to Missouri and had so many of these 'easy' remote realtor options . Rick worked with me remotely and took care of EVERYTHING seamlessly. I cannot express how much stress this saved me by working with someone that was completely dedicated to getting the job done. From meeting with my parents who were getting the home ready for sale, to the professional photos, to moving and rehoming furniture that I could not do (as I was not physically there) etc. This process was effortless. EFFORTLESS!! I have never physically been able to shake Rick Cardinal's hand thank you - but next time I am in town to see my family, I am making a special trip just to say thank you to him in person. If this is your first or 100th time selling (or buying), you NEED Century 21 Cardinal.

Seller reviewI believe Rick made some good recommendations. I sold my house just as the market was changing and the interest rates were rising from a period of bidding wars 2-3 months prior. I'm grateful it sold and closed when it did otherwise it may have turned out much differently
