Buyer reviewMy wife (6 months pregnant at the time) and I met Tina as the seller's agent on a property we were interested in. That property didn't not work out for us, but we were so impressed by Tina that we decided to continue the home search with her as our buyer's agent. Tina went above and beyond for us. For starters, she always answered texts and phone calls, "ALWAYS." In several instances, she got us appointments in a matter of hours, thanks to her highly respected reputation amongst agents in the region. If there were no updates one week, she would touch base with us just to let us know there were no updates. She is a true expert in the field. There was not a single questions that Tina couldn't answer. She even answered questions we didn't think of asking, as first time home buyers. Once we found our home, Tina was a great negotiator, a professional intermediary between all parties involved, and got us to closing in 45 days (our request, having the baby on the way). But by far the greatest value Tina brought to the table came from the kind of person she is. She was so accomadating with our schedule. Incredibly respectful and attentive to my wife. She is the kind of person that has your back. We trusted her to guide us during the most important investment of our lives, and Tina delivered.
