I have been a consistent top selling and listing agent at CENTURY 21® Crest Real Estate since 1987, and with all the years of receiving the "Circle of Excellence Award" (formally Million Dollar Club), have now earned the Lifetime Achievement designation. I owe my success to the fact that I love my job and enjoy meeting new people. Although licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson, I don't feel like a salesperson. For me, it is an exciting and natural opportunity to achieve the goals of my client's wishes implementing my complete marketing strategy package and getting the property sold! As a Listing and Marketing agent, my clients come first. She helped me remove garbage, move furniture that was not needed and recommended and sometimes called contractors to fix things that needed it. Tere Episale was always available and helpful when I called for information. She actually volunteered to be there when some contractors were coming if I could not make it.
