Century 21 New Millennium welcomes Suzanne Hartmann to its Parkville Office.

Suzanne brings five years of homebuying and selling experience to our team and a

strong knowledge base in contracts and clients. As a longtime Maryland resident,

Suzanne's roots run deep in Baltimore, having graduated from both Goucher College

and Stevenson University. Suzanne finds joy in the diverse experiences Baltimore and

Maryland offer and utilizes these experiences to hone her knowledge of the varied

neighborhoods and communities locally including White Marsh, Parkville, and Middle

River while also traveling with clients to consider homes in Hagerstown, Annapolis and

Cecil County. Additionally, Suzanne maintains a Pennsylvania Realtor License which

allows her to offer clients a blank slate when buying or selling whether moving from the

mountains of Western Maryland to its Eastern Coast or relocating from Pennsylvania to

the Southern border of Maryland.

As a committed agent, Suzanne works for her clients to make every transaction a
